IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL ORDERS/ RESINS
IF YOU ARE ORDERING MULTIPLES (MORE THAN ONE)
1) Purchase the first copy by choosing your country (this includes shipping to you) and add that ONE to your cart.
2) Then choose from the drop down "Additional Copies" for $51 each~ add as many Additional Copies as you want. This insures that you only pay shipping once. Shipping costs are high to other countries and for the same cost, I can put many copies into one box.
ABOUT THE RESIN AND PRODUCTION:
* Micros are printed in and cleaned by Sydnie Pettingill. Here is more information from Sydnie about
how to care for Micro Scarlett in this printable resin:
"They are printed in a durable, UV cured resin. This resin has a slight flex to it, accepts primer (I personally
recommend fine tamiya white primer), is sandable and each one is printed at 25 microns - meaning that each
layer is smaller than the average width of a human hair! That means that no detail is spared on these little
guys! Please be sure to keep these little guys out of direct sunlight until they are painted or sprayed in a clear
UV resistant finish. During the process of 3D printing, they are cured with a UV light according to the size and
width of the model. Essentially, you can 'overcook them' if they are left in direct sunlight over time. They can
become brittle. However, once they are painted or sealed with a clear finish the UV rays won't harm the
model. "
* Please do not contact Syndie about where your order is. She does not have that information. She is printing the resins for me, but I am handing all shipping to customers. She has been instructed to direct you to get in touch with me.
SHIPPING:
**If you email and ask when your order will ship: The answer is "I don't know. When it gets here and I pack it up and ship it. :) "
I can't predict the future. I can only tell you that I ship as quickly as I can. When a big batch arrives, I immediately begin unpacking, inspecting and packing them up for shipping. I do usually post general updates about how many/ what percentage of orders has shipped. Other than that, I cannot give you specific information, and I do not have time to look at my order sheet every time someone asks this question.
Generally, for micros, it will be within 2-4 weeks after your order is placed. We had all Micro Scarlett orders shipped within about 16 days after her last order was placed.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Tracking stops at the US Border in most cases. If it appears your package hasn't moved, that's because it left the US and is somewhere in between our border and your house. I have never had a customer NOT receive their horse, so be patient. It's on it's way!
